terribleI work in the medical field and part of my job is to obtain authorizations for imaging procedures. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. Hung up on me when transferred, un-knowledgeable service techs. This company has given me the biggest run-around I have ever dealt with. I have been shuffled continued... |

as a provider...As someone working in the medical field for over 10 years, I can tell you that they can be difficult to deal with and require "authorization" for nearly everything. They were one of the most selective in terms of formulary restrictions as well; however, most companies have jumped on the bandwagon continued... |
