I am looking for anyone who would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against nationwide for false advertising. My husband had "underinsured/uninsured" on our policy. He was hit by a dump truck, owner has American Family. They offered settlement out of court. Nationwide, our own insurance teamed up with other driver's insurance against us. Trying to accuse my husband of negligence. That didn't work so they have their "in house" doctor check my husband and says nothing wrong with him. Nationwide is exactly on the opposite side of us, even when the other driver received the ticket. Anyone with ideas or thoughts?
