nationwide insurance is not on your side unprofessional false acquisitions

My car was stolen and they accused me of stealing it, also procrastinated on setting up my rental car. They also had me interrogated by a sherrif and after the officer found me not guilty continued to investigate and didn't return my belongings that were left in my car then sold the car and billed me for "their loss" ( the difference of what they didn't get from what they paid on the car and sold it for). It is bad enough not to have transportation for the many months that I did and for them to add stress and have me pay them back, I don't understand what the point of having insurance is with Nationwide atleast.
