nationwide insurance is bad

if you like high monthly premiums, slow repairs and the worst customer service, go with nationwide insurance. Their slogan? "nationwide insurance is on your side", is a complete joke.

I was a nationwide insurance customer for 6 years and got into one car accident. They gave rental car for only seven days while car was still in shop and said i had to return the car or pay for it. The reason why car was still in shop? nationwide insurance still had not approved the repairs and tried to say it was my fault for the delay. this is how they treat a customer paying for full coverage after 6 years? i do not recommend nationwide insurance to anyone.
