Nationwide is NOT on your side

I have had Nationwide Insurance for several years, for both my home and cars. When I was in an accident at partial fault, Nationwide dealt with the other driver without contacting me first, they gave him an estimate at a higher cost than the estimate that he had submitted to me and told him he was entitled to this greater amount. They were unwilling to investigate the situation and took his word over mine. Nationwide will clearly be on the side of the other driver and whatever will make their company the most money. Needless to say, I have canceled all of my policies with them.
