Nationwide Insurance Needs Better Reps

I love Nationwide insurance, it's the reps that I am not very fond of. I think that as long as you get a hold of the right rep that Nationwide insurance has pretty good rates and services. It seems that every time I call the company I end up having to call back a couple of times - each call gives me a different rep. When I call they all have a different answer to whatever question I have. It's a hassle to call back three or four times before I get the ball rolling or to get some positive feedback. Don't get me wrong, I will recommend Nationwide to my friends and family but I will also warn them about some of the inept representatives that I deal with every time I call. My theory is this: if you are going to represent a company, shouldn't you know what you're talking about?
