Bad faith negotiations

I am the victim of an accident caused by one of Nationwide's policy holders.
In the two months of ongoing negotiations for settlement I have been exposed
to some of the most sleazy, unethical tactics imaginable by both a Nationwide
adjuster and Claims Manager. These people stop at nothing to try and wear
you down and get you to go away. They are criminal in their outlook towards
victims.
