My car was stolen and recovered within 3 days, had it towed to dealership, it was there for 4 weeks and no approval was given for repairs. Good until you need them

I had a false claim filed against me, I had witnesses, sworn statements, and a confession from the person's family. Yet their claims people decided to pay the claim without looking into any of it.
