worst customer servicei have been with Met life for over 10 years. I had them come look at my roof for hail damage because my window screens showed clears sign of hail damage. we had two hail storms in my area within 3 months. they denied the claim and said because my 15 year old roof was in such bad shape they were canceling my policy. they also claimed I had no hail damage to my screens. apparently the person took pictures of the non damaged screens. I asked them to review the claim but it took over 13 calls to get anyone to even reopen the case. they always made it seem like it would be but then i would call back and it wasn't. even the customer service people were fed up with their own people for not doing anything. so after another 5 calls to supervisors I did get told they would not even re look at the roof. they claim it was not hail. I asked them if there adjuster could not even see hail damage to the two screens then why should I believe the rest of his assessment? I can't wait to cancel all my policies with them.
