spent more to deny than it would have cost to payOur claim was denied, after 6 weeks of waiting.......They spent more on the engineers and plumbers they sent from 350 miles away than it would have cost them to settle our claim! Yep, support your vendors rather than satisfy your customers! Not the way to do business or keep customers!! NEVER buy a product from MetLife & Home!!!!
