Worst customer service I have ever received!!!!I was with progressive insurance for 11 years prior to changing in January of this year. The only reason I decided to change was due to the cost going continually up with progressive. I searched and found all the insurance companies much lower than Progressive. So, I switched. BIG MISTAKE! I had a wreck in April. The customer service was awful! I could not get my representative to call me back for 8 days!!!! I called every day, several times a day, wanting some information, but all I received was a voice mail assuring me that she would get back to me promptly! When I finally reached her supervisor, he just defended her and said that they were really busy. How long does a 20 second phone call take? How about 20 seconds??? Just to call and tell me that she was busy and would get to me. Absolutely infuriating! It took 3 weeks before I knew that they finally "totaled" my car and then another 2 weeks before I received a check! 5 weeks!! Waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too long to be without your car. I'm searching for another company. I do NOT want to ever experience working with Metlife again!
