Worst Home Owners Insurance ever!

We have been trying to settle a claim from a robbery at my home in November. It is now February and nothing. Our door was kicked in so we have it boarded up and we cant even get any money to fix it. They take your premiums every month and they keep going up but when one has a claim, try collecting!!!
