Wonderful Service

We had switched to Metlife Home & Auto when we bought our house. Only 3 weeks after moving in we had to make our first claim ever! No questions asked and full reimbursement for all expenses without raising our rates. Had to make a second claim 2 months later...and it was exactly the same. Was a Nationwide customer for 20 years and they wouldn't even try to meet what Metlife was asking us to pay or cover. Just let us walk out the door without even trying to counter. They raised our rates for 3 years for minor incident!
