I called MetLife to try to obtain a life insurance quote. The agent said she needed my bank account info to provide a quote. I gave it to her but told her she was not authorized to withdraw money. I cancelled the quote process, but MetLife took $136 out of my account and mailed me a policy, which I had never requested. I'm still trying to get a refund.
