Refusal to pay out a life insurance policy going on 2 years

My father bought a life insurance policy from Metlife and gave instructions to pay his estate on his death. We submitted a certified copy of the death certificate and an address for the funds to be sent. They have demanded court forms that are not needed and which we proved to them. Still they refuse to fulfill my deceased father's wishes. NEVER, NEVER NEVER buy anything from these crooks. I have had to hire a lawyer, threaten legal action, and complain to the Texas Department of Insurance. Things are still "being reviewed." Most crooked corporation I have ever seen.
