Peace of mind NEVER guranteed

I have been met life customer for the past 2 years and I promise I wouldn't have taken if known about this insurance company. Completely unfriendly and no brains customer service. Their mail and phone customer service don't go hand in hand. If you complain in mail never phone them for any clarification and vice versa. Not sure what kind of database they are handling.You are unaware of a single clause and that's it they see your end. I am so unhappy and love to give up
