Most mean & unkind customer service representitve

I had to call 'cause my auto premium got raised.
The lady named Kenda, she was very mean and sarcastic way to answer all my questions. Most of time I had pretty good customer services but this lady gave me most horrible experience phone conversation in my whole life. She ruins the Metlife
company's image.
