Metlife - from a contractors point of view

I am a contractor who specializes in working with Homeowners during hail and wind restoration...and Metlife and Farmers ALWAYS deny the claims. So far this year - 2010 - I have had 5 denials for my homeowners - 4 of them have been homeowners who have Metlife and the other 1 was someone with Farmers. All the other insurance companies have approved the roofs in the area that I am working due to hail. So, it seems a bit suspicious that Metlife and Farmers can't find hail in an area where all of the other insurance companies can. Don't buy Metlife or Farmers - take it from someone who works with insurance companies for a living...they DON'T take care of their customers.
