Metlife Dental is the absolute worse insurance

I have been calling Metlife every couple of weeks since 2006 to try to get a claim paid. Every person I talk to has a different excuse such as they need the pre-op x-rays again, question of date of service, etc... The bottom line is they just don't pay their claims. I would never use them again.
