MetLife - Get me out

Met Life has no problems accepting payments or raising payments but try getting a claim paid and be prepared to fight for it and then don't be surprised if even then you get next to nothing. If you don't try to escalate you will get absolutely nothing from them. As soon as I can get out I will but am trying to get some sort of repayment on my claim. Finally got them to agree to partial roof replacement but even then they came in at $1000 lower the lowest estimate I sent to them. My issue occurred during a storm 2 1/2 months ago everyone else on the block has a new roof paid for by their insurance company and I am still fighting with them just to get a small piece of what at least 3 other insurance companies paid for without batting an eye.
