MetLife: Bait and Switch - horrible company

We recently needed our windshield replaced. We have a zero deductible replacement policy with MetLife. They refused to let us have VW glass for our zero deductible and the glass that was used isn't even close to what we had.

The sun shade at the top isn't there and the glass is so tight at the dashboard that no sun visor will fit now. Our agent called and called MetLife and after months, was finally told no to fixing the problem.

Shame on you MetLife!! What, then, does a replacement as it was policy mean to you?
