I have been a customer for 2 years and my experience is different from the reviews I've been reading it's a positive one. I have a local agent and the claims center is also a local team. I had my claim paid timely and calls were returned timely. I'm not sure where everyone also is located but down in NC they are great! I became a customer because of how they handled my claim when I was a customer somewhere else.I thought to myself if they take care of me like this and I'm not a customer imagine how I'll be treated if I am a customer. No complaints on my end and I don't work for them I am not stupid, there's not enough money to pay me to take such a crappy job. I couldn't imagine dealing with a bunch of greedy whiny people all day everyday!
