MET LIFE IS AWFUL

recently switched employers and COULD NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE with porting my coverage. Tried to call a phone number given on the paperwork mailed and all it would do was ring and ring (for individual coverage information). I've just had it with MetLife for life insurance. I've been going for 3 months now and still have not insurance.
