Life Insurance

My aunt passed away 14 months ago. She always said that she had a life insurance policy with MetLife. We still to this day are being told that they do not have anything on file for her. The funny thing is she is receiving mail with a group policy number and the amount of Life Insurance coverage but when you call the number provided they switch you to department after department and no one can find her in the system. I would NEVER recommend MetLife for any type of Insurance. The people are not professional and are of no service.
