Horrible! MetLife does not have your back

I was hit from behind and shoved into a large work truck while stopped in traffic. Work truck driver claims to have felt 2 hits, so driver at fault's insurance company won't pay damages. I got screwed. Metlife put an at fault claim on my policy, raised my rates, and did not recover even half of my deductible. Person at fault was even ticketed at the scene. MetLife, in my opinion, can dry up and blow away.
