HAIL DAMAGE

Met life is the worst company ever to get home owners insurance with. They wont return your phone calls but they sure have no problem with taking your monthly dues.

Had hail damage to home and pool decking and roof and heat pump. Adjuster says damage wasn't done by hail but
by mechanical. But it is sure funny that all the homes on my street and area are having new roofs and home repairs
made due to the hail storm except mine. What a worthless insurance company they are.

I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy no matter how much I hated them.
