Great claim procedure

I will have to say I have had a great experience with Metlife, had to make a claim for a rear window breaking. I told them I wanted to take it to a specific dealer, they got the info and sent the info overt the dealer -I dropped the truck off and 2 days later was called and said come get it. Easy as that no issues.
