DO NOT GET METLIFE AUTO INSURANCE!!!BEWARE OF METLIFE!! I had Metlife for 2 yrs for auto insurance on payroll deduction. Once they stopped drafting my acct once we were laid off, no one called, and they sent notices to an incorrect address. Although, I had filled out a change of address with the USPS a year ago. When I called to find a resolution, they stated the policy has been cancelled and now we need $559.00. I escalated to 3 levels of supervisors and they all said the same...Do yourself a favor please look elsewhere for auto insurance.
