DO NOT GET METLIFE

husband had heart attack and surgery - have been waiting 5 weeks for first Short Term disability payment- they keep giving excuses - this was was suppose to be processed within 10 days per their paperwork- terrible -horrible service - when you are paying for ins to help you during an illness-they keep saying they are faxing for more info - the dr never rec's the supposed fax - the dr sends info anyway which they already have and they say they have not rec'd it - very dishonest- hopefully people will not deal with them and they will close their doors-
