Terrible autoMet life auto insurance is worst insurance I have ever had experience with. They have virtually zero customer service. They will not pay out on claims. Loyalty is a dirty word to MetAfter 22 years with Met Auto Insurance today I ended our relationship. I have had a spotless record this whole time and yet today got absolutely no help from them at all. They cancelled my insurance months ago and I didn't even know about it. Horrible CompanyMy family and I suffered from a home explosion, Metlife is refusing to pay for anything.... Pretty sad situation. They say because we had a home fire 7yrs ago and it was a closed case due to short in heating pad.... We need to be investigated. Life Insurance claimInsured passed away on 12/26. We filed a claim on 12/28. Metlife will not email, fax, or let you obtain forms online. They have to mail them to you when they get good and ready. Now 1/12 and they still have not mailed the forms. They refuse to fax or email them. Always have excuses. Horrible customer continued... |

WORSE INSURANCE EVERi had a car fire over a year ago... they made me wait 5 months to deny there was a fire 5 different times. once i took the car to a honda dealer they contacted metlife and explained i indeed did have a car fire, they penny pinched me the enitre repair. im STILL waiting on a check to complete the repairs continued... |

Great, Fast and Cheap ServiceI have been a MetLife customer since 2011. I just had a claim on December 2011, my adjuster Shaila was GREAT, she sent me the apraiser the next day, took care of my rental inmediately. After the apraiser (very professional) gave his estimate, she sent me the check whithin 3 days so I could pay the auto continued... |
