Life InsuranceI was recent declined coverage because of height.weight requirements, which was meet. I explained everyone isn't build like Barbie. They explained that the height/weight requirement was confidently, and I should check with my doctor before I get coverage. If I pay the premiums, I will probably live longer, continued... |

The worst Auto coverage I've ever seen!!!I've now learned that cheap insurance is NOT good insurance....and they aren't even the cheapest around! I wish I could give a score of "0". We've had Met Life for over 5 years--insure 2 homes, 3 cars, dental, life, and legal. We just made our FIRST auto claim...what a disaster! Customer continued... |

RIP OFFMetlife is horrible. I am not a customer but infact someone who got hit by one of their customers. They are trying to send me a check for half my damages. Not to include I had to go to the ER and f/u doctor appointments and missed work. I tried to contact them before I got the check and was never called continued... |

SelfI called MetLife to try to obtain a life insurance quote. The agent said she needed my bank account info to provide a quote. I gave it to her but told her she was not authorized to withdraw money. I cancelled the quote process, but MetLife took $136 out of my account and mailed me a policy, which I continued... |

Grand Protect PolicyI got the Grand Protect Policy because my agent said that it had features that other policies didn't offer and they would benefit me... She was right. I've never seen a policy like this before, not only does it offer me better coverage, it ended up being less expensive than my current policy continued... |

Nightmare on Oak St.
Recently had a kitchen fire, contained to the stove area. Burnt 3 cabinets, range hood, stove and smoke damage throughout the house. 2 MONTHS later, we are STILL waiting on final check! |
