worst adjuster!

i didn't know there were a lot of bad reviews written for mercury insurance.. I've had it for a long time and service was just OK until recently..

very long story.. adjuster name Connie Parmer, instead of fighting for me in the case, fought WITH ME! after listening to my side of the story, which by the way, was the 3rd time I've given a statement about it, told me it was my fault and in a really bad way.. it was like she just let me finish my statement, recording it, when she knew already what to say to me.. that it was my fault.. the incident happened 2 months ago.. i reported it immediately.. the first adjuster i spoke to said it was not my fault.. so we did everything already.. i initially had to pay the deductible then got refunded with the adjuster telling me case is almost resolved.. 2 months after i got letters in the mail, which btw didn't make sense at all (clearly they don't read the mails they sent out), and telling me i have a new adjuster, Connie.. then she called me a few weeks after opening up the case again!

i gave them an email explaining my side.. it was a he-said-she-said kind of situation.. I've given them vehicle codes to back me up.. but in the end instead of fighting for i think is just right in favor of me.. they went in favor of the other guy.. they listened to his story.. we didn't have any witness!!! so again its a he said she said situation.. and i really think i could win the case.. there is no specific California code addressing our situation but i really think the codes i provided them is really close to my situation.. closer than what they provided me because it was not the situation at all! but they were just too lazy or maybe didn't wanna spend time and money fighting for it with the other insurance.. after all, they will get their money back when they increase my premiums!! just goes to show they don't care about their customers.. they just pay for the damages, then go after their customers.. i shouldn't have trusted them.. now because they wont fight for it, the incident is in my records and will have to pay higher premiums.. and they don't even have accident forgiveness!! i will switch insurance if i could but thanks to them i have a record now and other insurance will charge me higher premiums!! don't get mercury insurance..

and if you have one, and you got Connie assigned to you, ask for another one and say you don't want her working on your case! good luck!
