trying to pay bill either by telephone or on web site

This web site is crazy with all the key words etc. Four times I entered the correct info and was told something was wrong, Don't know if its you key words. Went to telephone and they give you so much info that you have to have them repeat it. I know how to use a computer and a telephone. I will see if this gets through after typing your key word. I am almost ready to change companies.
