mercury insurance Has No Customer ServiceThree weeks since the claim has been filed, and I cannot get a call back from my claim adjuster. I also have left messages for her boss, but she is not returning calls either. At this point I had to just purchase a new car without my claim being paid out because the cost of a rental car was too high. At a time when you are in need of help, to be treated like this as a customer is unacceptable. I'm dropping Mercury Insurance.
