i'm reading all these reviews and am very annoyed at some of the complaints. granted some of them are valid and i would be upset as well, but people need to know what coverage's they are paying for when they purchase their policy. its not the company's fault or the adjusters fault if you did not purchase the coverage then when an accident happens, you immediately want to be paid (example: you have rental car coverage for 20.00/day up to 30 days, while your vehicle is being repaired. the most mercury can pay out is $600.00. so dont be shocked when you return your rental car and you may have to owe money, duh!!) . so when you get your insurance policy, please review your policy and understand your coverage's.
