Waiting on a settlement ???

Mercury Insurance Claims (Theresa Wake and Kathy Hill Oklahoma City OK Office) is a JOKE!!
The vehicle that was insured by Mercury Insurance was driven by a person convicted on numerous DUI arrests and was twice the legal limit at the time of the accident, no drivers license due to suspension, when he rear ended the vehicle my son was riding in. Six months of physical therapy (3 time a week) and $8,000.00 worth of medical bills and they say $11,000.00 for a settlement. I wouldn't insure a thing with this organization! Just better be glad he had insurance is what both Mercury reps would say! I'VE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH ADJUSTER LIKE THEIR ADJUSTERS! I wonder if Management acts the same way?? Bet they do!
