This company is a joke

To summarize my horror story with these clowns... I filed the claim at the end of June my rep went on vacation the following week so I was in limbo waiting for him to get back. Then when he did get back he tooks days and sometimes weeks to return a phone call. So I had to start emailing as well as phone calling to get a call back. Zero customer service. Now (Sept 28) a full three months later my claim still has not been decided on. But I did receive a letter from the hospital saying that I owe them 17K after being told the claim was approved for me getting surgery as a result from the accident. So I'm still making payments on a totaled car, and now I owe the hospital, and I'm sure the doctor and physical therapists already have their bills in the mail. Absolute joke.
