These people are idiots

I do not know why they pay the people that "work" at Mercury Insurance. The adjusters are VERY rude (Jacqueesha/Janeshia/Jalecia/whatever Mills and Antionette Broome- I know you're not really French LOL!) and they never bother to call you back, even after leaving multiple messages with multiple people. I guess they think that they can ignore people with claims and just hope they go away and don't have to pay for something that the idiot they insure ruined. I happen to like my speedy little European car and I didn't appreciate having to wait two weeks just for Mercury to accept liability for a 4 (yes, 4) car pile-up that some stupid woman caused. I had to provide my body shop with the police report just to get Mercury to accept liability, otherwise they wouldn't have. Also, the supervisor (Sherri Welch), yeah, she leaves work at 3:45 in the afternoon. These people do not live in the real world and they have a hard time relating to those of us who do.

I would never purchase Mercury Insurance myself and I will do my best to discourage anyone I know from doing so. Also, if you get into an accident where someone has Mercury, be prepared to want to rip your hair out.
