Mercury sucks

Mercury insurance really sucks! Mercury insurance is the the most dishonest company i know. when thay said I needed to pay $43.00 for a bill that thay could not explane when the mounth befor i payed them $42.00 for a bill that i recived because i recived my bill for $89.00 as normal but then i recived a bill a few days later for $73.00 so i paid the $73.00 well that bill was for my new 6 mounth plan and that i was still saposed to pay the $89.00 for that mounth. so thay sent me a check for $26.00 cause thay wher going to cancle me but when i called my agent he told me that i could keep my covrege by paying $42.00 today by credet card so i did and now when i went to my agent about the $43.00 he tould my that my insurance hade been cancled one day after i payed it in person. he called mercury and thay said that i should be geting a check from them any day for the canclashion when i told my agent that i had not recived it he check with mercury and they said that thay would not be sending me the check and that thay would be apllying it to the $43.00 thay clam i owe them. So i whent home and the next day i got a call from my agent and he tells me that i cashed the check i said no i did not recive it he says he has a copy of the check that mercury fexed him with my signer on it. I said well it must be from last mounth he says no it was cashed on the 09 of this mounth. NOW if you have not got it yeat let me tell you what i think has happend #1 someone stole the check from my mail box and with a fake I.D. and a fake signer cashed the check for $26.00.......I know not likey! #2...what probley happend was that MERCURY INSURANCE TOOK THE CHECK FROM LAST MOUNTH THAT I CASHED AND CHANGED THE DATE TO THIS MOUNTH AND FAXED IT TO THE AGENT SO THAT THAY COULD SAY I CASHED WHEN I DID NOT........DRITY MONTHER FUCKERS
