Mercury is incompetent

I tried unsuccessfully to get a car replaced on my Mercury policy one staurday from 9:00 AM it is now 1:22PM on the same saturday and i have yet to receive the ID card via Email. I have faxed the information 3 (three times) and spoken with the customer service person 7 (seven) times and they still can't get it right. where do they find these people, the incompetence is astounding
