Mercury is Terrible to Work With

I could not believe it when I was in a car collision, but I was happy was not my fault. I was actually rear-ended at a red light by another driver who was rear-ended by a third vehicle. I felt okay after the accident but the next day my back was killing me so I went to the doctor. When asked what insurance carrier was supposed to cover my treatment, I had little choice in the matter: both of the other drivers have Mercury insurance. I was advised that time not to hold my breath so to speak because mercury fights tooth and nail when they are billed for anything even if their drivers are at fault. Unfortunately, they were not kidding and it took forever for me to get my bills paid. I truly feel sorry for anyone that has to work with Mercury insurance or that has to deal with Mercury insurance ever on any level. The entire experience was nothing but infuriating.
