Mercury does NOT stand by their customers!

I have had Mercury for over 5 years and when I needed them to back me up, they did nothing! Their customer service is horrible!- made me wait for weeks! I will not use this company ever again! Go to Allstate or better yet, Costco has great coverage for even less!!! I would give them a zero if that was an option!
