Mercury Worst Insurance Company Ever

My truck was parked legally on the street when a drunk driver with Mercury insurance ran into it twice. They tried to give me 20% of what my car was worth and 1/3 of what it would cost to fix.

They lied to me and they submitted fraudulent claims to the DMV and tried to force me to accept a very unfair settlement. I am currently in litigation because of this. They have behaved more recklessly than the drunk that hit me. Just an unethical company that screws everybody they deal with.
