Mercury Insurance Sucks

We have been in litigation for over four years for a claim yhat they refuse to pay on an accident caused by another driver insured by another company. The other driver company paid there share, but Mercury does not feel a need to pay for a claim that according to the coverage, they should have paid. Our advice, use any other name brand carrier for your insurance needs, unless you don't have a need for getting the coverage you pay dearly for.
