Mercury Has a Great Attitude

Even though Mercury Insurance is not my carrier, I can easily say that the company is fairly decent with its practices. When I was in a crash with another driver, I didn't have any difficulty getting the issue cleared up with the other driver's insurance carrier which happened to be Mercury insurance. My car was totaled in the incident and I got a fair value for my car. Moreover, I got it quickly without any hassles or fuss. When I talked to the workers at Mercury, I wasn't given a nasty attitude either as if the accident was my fault or as if I had been forcing them to pay me what I didn't deserve. The workers at Mercury are friendly, at least as far as my own experiences have revealed and I appreciate positive people. While I am not a customer of Mercury, if I ever do decide to switch insurance companies, Mercury will be at the top of my list for consideration.
