Marketing Sucks too!

Marketing sucks as well as Claims. We are not customers of Mercury. Our friends and family, too would not purchase any kind of coverage from Mercury!! The current ads on TV are an insult to anyone's intelligence! Can't believe the Board of Directors allow this simpleton attitude in these days when the general public has educated experience in dealing with insurance companies! The ad showing the irate customer demanding impossible actions at the cleaners, the cab driver etc! I searched from the customer service to contact them and let them know. No access to company structure/marketing unless you write a letter and snail mail it to a PO Box! Efficiency? NOT!
