Love them

I was struck by an unlicensed illegal alien driver when I was stopped in the parking lot on a Friday night. I took photos of the other parties vehicle and mexican drivers license and went home to report the claim. I was told that I can drop my vehicle at shop whenever I was ready to but my deductible would apply ( no big deal since I have my ded at $100.) On Monday morning I got a call from my adjuster who was great. He graciously gave me his email address so that I could send him photos of the scene and of the vehicles. I got a call about 2 hrs after that advising me that based on my statement and the good investigation I had done they were waiving my deductible.

I used to have Allstate but their claims workers are rude and unreliable. I recommend mercury to everyone I know.
