Lied admitted it and still says they have no responsibilityThe issue (beyond the total ineptness of the original adjuster) is that I was specifically told, the agent has since validated that I was told, that this was a no-charge service, upwards of $4800. Then 2 days before it was finished I received a letter telling me to mitigate my costs since Mercury would not be responsible for any of the costs. I am in the process of suing Mercury, I would also tell you that their VP of Customer Service is less than capable.
