Less than truthful

Had an accident, called mercury and was working with the agent. Then she stopped returning my calls - and I wanted to pay! After 24 days, she finally returned a call and had the nerve to tell me I did not call her. I asked her where I should send my telephone records to show the dates and times I called, which were all during regular business hours. Her response was to hang up on me.
