Great, except when filing a claim they are the worst ever!

It's been almost two months since my accident and Mercury Insurance still hasn't paid off the balance. I recieved letters stating that my claim adjuster would contact me on a daily basis to let me know how the claim was going, but never has she called. I have called on a daily basis and never get a return phone call.
It took them 3 weeks to to find that my car was a total loss, but just looking at it you could tell.
I had to purchase a new vehicle, and I am still dealing with this claim and two car payments which isnt easy.
Niether her nor her back up nor supervisor have contacted me after leaving several voicemails...

Mercury Insurance Rancho Cucamonga Claims Department is the WORST! I dont know what their getting paid for is they never answer their phones much less return a phone call.
